AI enablement for businesses

Put AI to work in your business, safely

Practical AI for small and medium businesses. We get Microsoft 365 ready for Copilot, connect AI assistants to the tools you already use, and set the guardrails so your data stays protected.

  • Microsoft 365 Copilot readiness and rollout
  • AI assistants connected to your systems with MCP
  • Security, approvals and staff training built in
Why now

Your team is already using AI. Is it working for you?

Staff are pasting emails, spreadsheets and customer details into free AI tools to save time. Used well, AI genuinely saves hours. Used without a plan, it puts your data at risk and the results don't stick.

Shadow AI

Company information going into personal AI accounts, with no idea where it ends up.

Copilot without the groundwork

Copilot can surface any file a person has access to. If SharePoint permissions are messy, it will find the payroll spreadsheet.

AI that can't see your business

A chat assistant that doesn't know your systems can only give generic answers, so people stop using it.

What we do

AI enablement services

AI readiness and strategy

Find where AI will actually save your team time, pick a few practical starting points, and agree how success will be measured.

Microsoft 365

Copilot readiness and rollout

Tidy SharePoint and OneDrive permissions, apply sensitivity labels, choose who gets Copilot licences, run a pilot and train your team.

MCP

Connect AI to your business tools

Set up AI assistants to work with the systems you already use, through the Model Context Protocol (MCP), with the access you choose.

AI for marketing and analytics

Let an AI assistant answer questions about your Google Ads, Analytics and Search Console, and draft improvements for you to approve.

Automation and reporting

Combine AI with automated workflows and Power BI dashboards, so routine reporting and admin run themselves.

Safe-use policy and training

A plain-English AI policy, approved tools, and practical training, so your team gets the benefit without the risk.

Client example

Ask questions of your ad data in plain English

We set up AdLoop for a client, connecting their AI assistant to Google Ads, Google Analytics, Tag Manager and Search Console through MCP.

Now they can ask questions like "which keywords are wasting money?" or "is our conversion tracking working?" and get answers based on their own live data, not a generic guess.

  • Runs on the client's own computer, with their own Google sign-in
  • Every change is shown as a preview and needs a person's approval
  • Budget limits enforced, and every action logged

How it fits together

  1. You askin plain English, in your AI assistant
  2. The assistant uses MCPto look up your Google Ads and Analytics data
  3. It suggests a changewith a full preview of what will happen
  4. You approveand only then is anything changed
How it works

Start small, prove the value, then scale

  1. DiscoverWhere does your team lose the most time? We look for the tasks AI can genuinely help with.
  2. PreparePermissions, data and policies sorted first, so AI only sees what it should.
  3. PilotA small group tries the tools on real work, with support on hand.
  4. Roll outTraining, guardrails and ongoing support as more of your team comes on board.

What our clients say

We are a small business who was seeking to automate our data collection from multiple markets and global sales each month to save time and resources by using Power BI. But we didn't have internal knowledge of Power BI and our data sources were PDFs, Xcels and were varied.
I cannot speak highly enough of Ryan who executed this project.
He is highly skilled in Power BI, highly professional, methodical, communicative and patient.
He mapped all our data inputs, created an automated intuitive Power BI system to save our monthly sales into a folder, and now this automatically generates an updated dashboard view each month. This used to take half to a full day, and now takes 20 minutes.
As the GM of a small company, this is already giving us much deeper insights and actionable data - all by simply saving input files into a folder. It has been a very worthwhile decision.

We’ve been working with Ryan from Smith Technology on the Tyre General website, and his technical expertise has been exceptional. He’s played a major role in developing and streamlining our product pages, transforming thousands of variable tyre listings into a structured, user-friendly, and high-performing format.
Ryan handled everything from cleansing and organising large product data sets to building dynamic templates that automatically pull through specifications, imagery, and key SEO elements. He’s also optimised back-end code and improved page load speeds, ensuring our customers can easily browse by vehicle type, brand, or category. Beyond the front-end experience, Ryan built custom forms and automated data workflows that make updating and managing our catalogue incredibly efficient. His ability to combine technical precision with a strong understanding of our business needs has been invaluable.
Highly recommend Ryan, Lara and the Smith Technology team, they’ve made a complex project feel seamless and delivered results that genuinely elevate our online presence.

FAQ

AI enablement questions

What is MCP?

MCP (Model Context Protocol) is an open standard that lets AI assistants connect to other software in a controlled way. Instead of copying and pasting data into a chat, the assistant can look things up in the tools you choose, such as your ad accounts, analytics or business systems, and only with the access you allow.

Which AI tools do you work with?

We work with Microsoft 365 Copilot and with AI assistants such as Claude and ChatGPT. We'll recommend what fits the tools you already use and your budget, rather than pushing one product.

Is our data safe?

That's where we start. We give AI tools the least access they need, prefer read-only access, require a person to approve any change, and check what the AI provider does with your data. For Copilot, we tidy up SharePoint and OneDrive permissions first, so it can't surface files people shouldn't see.

Do we need to buy Microsoft 365 Copilot?

Not necessarily. Microsoft 365 Copilot is a paid add-on per user, and it pays off for some roles more than others. We usually recommend a small pilot with the people most likely to benefit, and we'll tell you honestly if a cheaper option would do.

Where do we start?

With a conversation about where your team loses the most time: reporting, email, searching for information or repetitive admin. From there we suggest a few practical, low-risk starting points.

Curious what AI could do for your business?

Tell us where your team spends the most time and we'll suggest practical, safe places to start.
